Question about HP Elite S270n 4K Micro Edge

Hello all. I have a Lenovo X1 Carbon and a docking station USB-C Gen 2 as well as two HP Elite S270n 4K Micro Edge (27 ", 3840 x 2160 pixels) monitors. Unfortunately, my laptop only recognises one monitor, the other is displayed as a laptop... The connection was made via 2x DisplayPort directly to the docking station. Who can help me? Thank you very much.

For me, the setup with
2x4k@60Hz only works if I connect one of the two displays directly to the lepop with Thunderbolt. So one screen directly, the other via the docking station via Displayport. (but I have the first generation docking station).
Maybe this will help you too.

In principle, your notebook can control three external displays. Does the docking station have the latest drivers? Have you ever tried to connect a monitor via the HDMI port? Is it the cables? Are the plugs not plugged in properly? Have you also cross-connected both monitors to the display ports? Without a detailed description of the problem, troubleshooting will be difficult.
