You can connect the watch to your mobile via Bluetooth. As long as you are within range of the mobile, you can make calls with the watch. Mfg

You have the option of setting up an E-Sim on the watch. The supplier does not matter. You simply need an e-sim. For example, I have Wingo and in my Abe I have an additional e-sim with the same number.
The Simkart content is copied to the watch, so you can use it to make calls.
The e-Sim is an integrated SIM card. Theoretically, it allows you to access the Internet and make phone calls with your watch without your smartphone nearby. That's why I bought this watch 18 months ago. And at the time, Sunrise, via an additional subscription, offered this possibility for some connected devices, BUT NOT FOR THIS WATCH.
