There are a few versions (pins positioned slightly differently, pins slightly lower, snap-in clip slightly different, ...). :
The exact product number is missing here, so I am not sure which version is sold here.

Only one thing helps : Samsung support and insist on getting the product number of the recommended replacement part. Then order exactly this one, or ask the dealers whether it is exactly this adapter.
(Even if the support employee insists that all adapters are interchangeable, ask for the number of the recommended adapter ... only this one will work! only this one will work for sure! Ignore all function tests and assumptions of a defect ;) )
