I bought the NH-U12A over a year ago, shortly after it became available on the market. Back then it came with an nm-amb7 for AM5, not what you're looking for. What is currently supplied may of course differ.

Thanks for the answer! How can Digitec guarantee me that it is included as it depends on the package (age)? I found out from my research that if the packaging says LGA1851, then the offset mounts for AM5 should be included.

Offset mounting option for AMD AM5
The NH-U12A chromax.black is equipped with Noctua's offset mounting bridges for AM5, which allow the cooler to be mounted 7mm offset towards the south side of the socket for better contact quality directly above the CCD(s). This improved contact right at the hotspot of the processor can significantly lower the CPU temperature, with typical improvements in the range of 1-3°C.
