Dear Community I would like to buy this router and use a SIM card from Salt. Do any of you have experience with this? Since Salt only gives out second SIM cards at a cost of 17 per month, I would like to make sure that it is really a good thing. Thank you already. Kind regards Barbara

Hello, the router is good. I have also from the brand Fritzbox in operation... you get max 400mm... If you hope for 1gb then you can let it be. lg

Good morning brabram
It pretty much depends on what your speed needs are. And your location. In one device with Salt SIM I have max. 70 MB/s download and 38 upload ( no 5G ).
In another location with a swisscom SIM in the middle of the mountains I have an average of 235 MB/down and 98 up.
4GPlus and 5G combined
But at both locations enough for TV and YouTube in good quality.
Greetings
Christian

There is the 5G CPE Pro router from Xiaomi, which offers many advantages, it can manage WiFi 6 and more than 240 clients, uses a newer Qualcomm X62 chipset and costs much less.

Xiaomi 5G CPE Pro

If needed, the router is easily expandable with the low-cost Xiaomi AX3000 mesh routers.
