Apple Sonoma and Samung SSDs? The T7 SSD has been running on my Mac Mini M1 for a long time without any problems. Since the update to Sonoma, it is no longer recognised, neither via Thunderbold nor via USB. Likewise several older T3 and T5. Does anyone know a solution?
Sonoma isn't working with exFAT external drives. Big problem that needs to be fixed.

I have a T7 (2TB) on a MacBook Air (M1) with Sonoma 14.2.1 and have no problems. However, the T7 is formatted with APFS, not exFAT.
I'm still on Ventura 13.6.3 so no problem, but I'll have to wait to switch to Sonoma. Thank you for this question and contact Apple.
Apple suggested using an alternative cable, specifically a USB 3.0 cable.
