According to manufacturer support, this device is one that has been modified by an operator. Unfortunately, it was not possible to find out exactly how and by whom. Digitec would have to disclose its source of supply. In any case, other VPN clients should be possible with an unmodified device. L2TP and PPTP are no longer up to date...
I was able to do a search and unfortunately there is no indication in the data or specification that would suggest a modification or operator. We have various suppliers for this product.
