You have the option of choosing from a wide range of sizes from 5 to 14. Please note that we do not currently offer half sizes.

Try on the size ring:
For an accurate assessment, wear the ring with the engraved size number facing the palm of your hand. Wear the ring for at least 24 hours so that you know whether it fits you.

Find the right finger:
For optimal comfort and extended sleep monitoring, we recommend wearing the Ultrahuman Ring AIR on your index, middle or ring finger.

Check the fit:
There are a few simple ways to check this: When you twist the ring on your finger, it should not twist freely.
