The Transcend scores points with its many additional functions such as a distance warning system. However, this does not compensate for the mediocre images. In particular, the image in low light is very dark, so that brand logos on cars, for example, were not recognisable. Its mount sits securely, but takes up a lot of space on the windscreen with its large camera housing.
