The HT-A5000 includes Sound Field Optimisation technology, which allows the soundbar to intelligently measure the layout of the room using built-in microphones. It adjusts the sound accordingly for an immersive listening experience in any room. With rear speakers for unique 360 Spatial Sound Mapping technology, you get the ultimate immersive experience, with phantom speakers intelligently positioned in your room to put you in the middle of the action.
When paired with a compatible Sony BRAVIA TV, the HT-A5000 delivers an ultra-realistic audiovisual experience using Acoustic Center Sync technology. Action and sound are precisely matched between the soundbar and screen for a superior movie, music and gaming experience.
Optional subwoofers and rear speakers create a world of immersive sound. The SA-SW5 complements the viewing experience with 300W of powerful bass, while the more compact SA-SW3 adds 200W of rich bass. Round out the ultimate immersive experience with additional SA-RS5 wireless rear speakers with built-in rechargeable battery and upward-facing speakers on the more compact SA-RS3S to experience the unique 360 Spatial Sound Mapping technology.
With 4K, 4K 120 BpS and 8K pass-through technology, as well as support for Dolby Vision, the HT-A5000 is ready for the latest formats. Experience lifelike scenes with vivid colours and depth. The Sony HT-A5000 looks inconspicuous, but its sound is among the best in its price class - even without a subwoofer. The equipment with automatic calibration and HDMI input suitable for consoles is excellent, and the operation is pleasantly uncomplicated thanks to the on-screen menu.

Sony's new soundbar series is also convincing on the second try. The HT-A5000 is hardly inferior to the larger model in terms of technology and sound, but is available at a much lower price. So it's a real buy!
