- Versatile use
- as a mobile or mini tablet
- long service life
- Dick
- Outdoor display narrow
- No supertele
No gap in the hinge, slightly narrower housing: if that's not worth an extra 400 euros, the Fold 4 is still the best choice. The technology is great and the combination of a narrow mobile phone screen on the outside and tablet format on the inside is a stunner.
- Unusual concept
- Beautiful finish
- Powerful
- Good camera
- Longer battery life
- Fold still clearly visible
- great overall package
- stunning displays
- blazing fast
- lousy, anything but invisible front cam (4MP)
- still too expensive
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 is an all-round successful smartphone with sophisticated folding display technology. At first glance, however, it offers few improvements over its predecessor. First and foremost, Samsung has honed its edges and brought the technology up to date. As a result, buyers have an interesting folding model in their hands that has no real weaknesses, but offers many strengths...
With the Galaxy Z Fold 4, Samsung only wanted to refine, not redesign, and has tried to eliminate many of the things that were criticised in the predecessor - and in some cases it works. The displays are shorter and wider to allow for more user-friendly aspect ratios (although there's still a long way to go), and the camera array is largely the same as the Galaxy S22 range, which is a huge improvement...
Making phone calls, sending messages, surfing the internet - for most people, everyday life is hardly conceivable without a smartphone. It is therefore all the more important to be able to rely on the devices. The Stiftung Warentest smartphone test answers the question of which model is the test winner and which ones lack stability or basic functions.
- Level of a classic top smartphone
- Waterproof according to IPX8
- 7.6-inch OLED with 120 hertz replaces a tablet
- Power processor and comprehensive connectivity with Wi-Fi 6E and UWB
- System with extras adapted to the form factor and five-year update guarantee
- long battery life
