The Samsung microSDXC EVO 128GB only achieves a peak sequential read speed of 47 MB/s and a write speed of 22 MB/s - too little for the competition. The access time of almost 3 milliseconds is also too weak for a better ranking. In addition, the Samsung card fails in terms of features - nothing gets a six. At least the warranty period is a long 10 years.

Das Wörtchen Evo im Produktnamen soll bei Samsung ein attraktives Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis signalisiert. Bei der gleichnamigen Micro-SD-Karte geht die Rechnung allerdings nicht ganz auf. Keine 50 MB/s beim sequenziellen Lesen und nur knapp 20 MB/s beim Schreiben sind nicht konkurrenzfähig...
Preislich liegt die 64 GB große, Speicherkarte noch im fairen Bereich, wobei allerdings die Gesamtleistung hier unterdurchschnittlich ausfällt. Speziell beim Schreiben sowie Lesen der Daten macht die Samsung einen bescheidenen Eindruck. Nur beim Zugriff auf die Daten reagiert das Modell sehr flott.
