Product details
The Samsung 860 EVO is aimed at demanding private users who want to enhance the performance of their PC or notebook. It utilizes TLC V-NAND with 64 layers of memory. Thanks to the Intelligent TurboWrite technology with a variable SLC buffer, it achieves higher performance over longer periods compared to current TurboWrite technologies. Benefit from maximum compatibility and stability: originally designed for data center SSDs, the new MJX controller processes data faster, performs finer error corrections, and supports larger drive capacities. In terms of reliability, the 860 EVO has been significantly improved, achieving up to 8x higher TBW (Terabytes Written) values than its predecessor. The 860 EVO is equipped with the latest hardware-based disk encryption engine. The AES 256-bit and TCG Opal 2.0 encryption secure data without compromising performance. It is also compatible with IEEE-1667 for Microsoft's eDrive. So you can sleep soundly, knowing your data is always protected.
