Yoke good, Throttle merely acceptable
The yoke itself is very good for commercial aviation. It's solidly built with a good resistance to aileron and pitch control, but do install the extra supplied spring. It does however have a slight deadzone at the centre, which is not completely satisfactory, but manageable. This makes it less appealing for hand flying general aviation aircraft - the Honeycomb Alpha is better for this application. The yoke will also not mount to certain desks which have a thick inner support, but I'm guessing this won't be the case for most people.
The throttle is, to be honest merely, adequate. It works but the throttle axes are not well calibrated out of the box, meaning there's slight difference in the throttle levers position for equal thrust in multi engine aircraft. Again it's manageable but does spoil the immersion somewhat.
All in all I'm happy, but there are issues as described that prevents a full 5 star rating. That said I'm sure most people will enjoy this product, and it will bring an extra level on immersion to your flight sim adventures.
