Buy recommendation!
I rarely rate products on the web. But after buying the 65ag8, I'll take a moment. I am absolutely thrilled with the picture, the quality is breathtaking. I used to have a plasma from the last Panasonic series, and I was told that plasma shows a natural picture. Well...since I've been using the Sony I feel like I can reach into the TV. I'm rediscovering films I've already seen and seeing much more detail. Sound didn't blow me away but it comes directly from the picture which is a cool feature. Black levels are 100% black and completely dark so the edges are not visible. 100% recommendation to buy (I have the picture settings on "sport" so it's much smoother).

Nice TV but not very powerful!
Disappointed by the power of the TV's processor. I had an LG C8 and everything was smooth. Interface etc (Web OS). The interface of this tv is under android and it is not uncommon to wait 2 seconds after pressing a button on the remote control for the action to happen. Also, playback from 4k movie files (2160p) is jerky. I have to use my Shield (Nvidia) to play them!

Very good product
Very good device with excellent picture quality and good, user-friendly operation. It is pleasant that not all functions have to be called up via the display, as is the case with some competitor products. The most frequently used controls are directly on the hand control. The display is impressively thin. The use of the display also as a loudspeaker is a pioneering achievement.
