Polar Verity Sense
I chose the Verity Sense because with my Polar H10 belt, I sometimes get skin marks on long rides.
On this point, the Verity Sense is very comfortable to wear and doesn't bother at all.
But unfortunately the accuracy isn't great. I compared the results of a run with the Verity Sense and the Polar H10 at the same time, on a simple outing with very little variation in pace. I had the same FCM (average heart rate), which is 'good', but the Verity Sense had much more pronounced jagged values than the H10. The result was a difference of more than 5% in the calculation of time spent in zones (Verity Sense gave me 8% in zone 5, whereas in real life the H10 only gave me 2%).
Of course, I'm aware that we'll never be able to achieve the same perfection as with the H10, which is an ECG - and a reference in the field - as with an optical sensor. Nevertheless, it was claimed to be very accurate due to the positioning of the cuff on the upper arm, an area with more blood flow (than the wrist), but in the end it seems to be very comparable to the results of my Polar watch. So the sensor is virtually useless for my purposes.
In stand-alone mode (boxing?), why not, but for running, you might as well stick with your watch for single outings (or an H10 for 'split'/reactive outings).
I was thinking of using it for swimming, without the watch, but in that case I lose the ability to track the type of swim, so it's not suitable either.

The device fulfils all expectations completely, unfortunately the documentation is rather poor

This review was created for a different variant: Verity Sense
I am very satisfied with the measurement and response time.
Pro
Compared to a chest pulse belt, this belt worn on the upper arm is absolutely non-intrusive. No more constricting feeling around the chest. The transmission performance is brilliant, even if you are still a few metres away from the receiver.
Pro
Overall a good article, accurate and ideal for monitoring during activities
