I can't quite agree with the previous speaker. I had the MX Anywhere before, and I was actually very satisfied with it. And the Anywhere 2 is not much more than a design makeover. I also can't confirm that the mouse button gives up the ghost after just a few months (at least that wasn't the case with the old mouse and the new one doesn't make a worse impression). The new Bluetooth functionality is certainly nice to have, but for me it is only moderately useful as a pure notebook mouse. Compared to its predecessor, I find the thumb rest much more comfortable. I can't explain exactly why, but stroking over a texture is somehow more pleasant than over a smooth surface. I can't say much about the warranty - I once had a warranty case with all my Logi products (not with a mouse), which was replaced on site without any problems.
Otherwise, usual Logitech quality - Plug'n'Play - as it should be.

The mouse would fully meet all the requirements if it weren't for a major shortcoming that isn't immediately apparent on the product page:
The "mouse wheel click" is missing
In front of the mouse wheel is a small button that you have to press to open new tabs, for example. The mouse is already very small and therefore very unergonomic. Now you also have to twist your finger.
I also complain about the scroll function. Sometimes the mouse keeps scrolling even though you've already finished. Personally, I wouldn't buy it again.

The mouse is extremely small. Extremely difficult to operate with large hands.

Attention Mac users!
This mouse has annoying bugs when scrolling. For example, you can't scroll through the pages in the document preview in the Finder. The problem is known in the Logitech forum, but nothing is done.
Therefore NO purchase recommendation for Mac OS users. (tested on Mac OS El Capitan, version 10.11 or newer)

I find the mouse very comfortable and very practical. Especially for the laptop because it is not so big and you can charge it via USB. The battery lasts a long time
