An inexpensive product that worked right off the bat....
An inexpensive product that worked right out of the box (Windows 7 Pro x64) Sound quality of the headphones is surprisingly good. The mkrophone is sensitive to noise. The voice sounds rather muffled.
After a year of use still tip top. Unfortunately, the cover of the pads dissolves into unappetizing shreds. However, I attribute this rather to their thin texture, than my evaporation.Bad buy, no recommendation
A clear bad buy. Presses unpleasantly hard on the ears. Painful after just a few minutes. Leaves a cheap impression. I would have expected a higher quality and more sophisticated product from Logitech.

Unprofessional delivery
I ordered the item on Wednesday, I applied for lightning delivery (by the evening) every evening for 3 evenings I was told: courier not able, courier not working, courier not able. If you offer a service that doesn't work don't offer it. Also I can't make the cancellation because the part is in "delivery" status. Unprofessional

Incorrect technical specifications
I actually bought the headset because it is wired and it was important to me that the cable was as long as possible. Unfortunately, I realised that the cable is not 240 cm long, as stated in the description, but only 200 cm. That's not a killer criterion, but if I had known that, I might have bought a different headset

I am very satisfied with these headphones for my remote work. The sound quality is very good, even for background music while not on the phone. It's comfortable to wear continuously and on the ears even after hours.
The dedicated mute button is a real plus, as it allows you to mute/unmute more quickly than with software solutions. Unfortunately, it tends to slip between the belly and the edge of the table because the length is just right and it can happen that you accidentally mute yourself.
I like it so much and it is in constant use that I have already used 4 of them...
Up to this point, I would give it 4.5 stars. Unfortunately, its build quality is rather poor and it breaks quickly. In addition, the pad dissolves after 1.5 to 2 years (maybe I sweat more than other people and that should accelerate the deterioration).
The device is _very_ recommendable and good. However, I find the blatant self-destruction after the warranty period has expired problematic ...

Good product. As with all (even more expensive) headsets, at some point (after a few years) the material on the ear pads crumbles and the product needs to be replaced.

Stable & excellent sound
One star deduction because after long use the outer protective layer flakes off ( about 1 year in the home office). I bought the same model as a replacement despite this minor flaw because I like the rest so much : See advantages.

not the first headset from Logitech in the stock, satisfied all around, only the slowly occurring dissolution of the pads on the bracket and the earpieces disturbs something, there could be a durable material also contribute to sustainability, sound quality when talking very good, even the other side gets a good signal via microphone.
