Meets my expectations for a backup hard drive when travelling. The operation is a little tedious.
It does what it is supposed to do.
Battery: Quite weak after a year of use.
Regularly discharges after a few days.
Operation: Operation is a bit tedious with one button. The app is ok, but I would prefer the native FilesApp in iOS.
Reliability: I have had no problems with my backups. Everything was taken over and stored clearly.

Backup device of photo & video material on Spitsbergen expedition
I took the disk with me on an expedition rounding Spitsbergen. Lacking any phone connection or internet for that matter, having a local - remote/redundant backup for my photos and videos was important. Every night I made backups of my iPhone and Nikon memory cards. The DJI Copilot worked very well, no problems whatsoever. It requires a little bit of time to understand the interface, but then it is easy. Back home I recovered all the backup files on my computer. Really good device, fit for function.

Good solution, but not for Apple devices with USB-C ports
This thing is great...
Unfortunately, the drive does not work with Apple devices that have a USB-C port. (Therefore one star deduction) With the Windows notebook and Apple Lightning, the thing works perfectly and is also quite fast when backing up the SD cards.
Additional functions to verify the copied data are super helpful.
