Typical Kingston quality: reliable and stable
You know how it is: space is running out and a new hard drive is needed.
This one replaces my Samsung 970 EVO Plus (500 GB, M.2 2280).
It is only slightly faster in nominal terms, but in practice there is (subjectively) a considerable "boost" in speed: TLC instead of MLC actually makes a difference.
When writing, it is slightly slower compared to the Samsung, but still at the top level.
So far very stable, it stays pleasantly cool in operation and otherwise does exactly what it is supposed to do.
And being even cheaper than the Samsung with 500GB at twice the capacity is of course a very powerful argument for buying it.
Definitely a recommendation from me.
