Unreliable. After 10 months of data loss
I bought two Intenso Memory Cases 4TB for storing my video files (mts, mov, avi, mp4). After 10 months, certain mts files are no longer readable and cannot be played. All possibilities of error correction were played through (various media players, codec renewal, error scan, defragmentation). All without success. The HD's have the same amount of data, because one HD acts as a backup and the HD's are about half full. It remains: Certain older mts files can no longer be played and are lost. Luckily I had a third location on my video PC so at least the originals are still there.

The Most Trusted 1TB - 5TB External Hard Drive
200 TB in 2.5 to 3 hours data transfer speed when using the Intenso 5TB data carrier for the first time, transfer from an approx. 5-7 year old 1 TB external hard drive to the new 5 TB external hard drive from Intenso. It should also be noted that with all my 10 1TB and 2TB Intenso external hard drives that I have bought for photos, films, PDF files over the last seven years, I have never had any data loss, as is often the case with well-known brands. I am very satisfied with Intenso, even if the data transfer is very good, but not as fast as with other, new data carriers, which later, as I have read in many reviews, lose the data after 2-3 years, or where there are other notable problems. Therefore 5 stars for Intenso, I don't know a better 1 to 5 TB data carrier.

Fast storage when...
At first, my documents were saved without any problems, but the device crashed with my photos and was no longer recognised even after several restarts.
When I connected the device not via the hub equip USB 3.2 Gen 1 Hub (USB-C, USB-A, 5 ports) but directly to the laptop, the SDD Intenso Memory Case worked perfectly.
For other people like myself this might be an important hint.Pro
