It takes a "little while" to assemble and fortunately there is a QR code to have a video a little clearer than the assembly diagram (even if it is simpler than an IKEA furniture, you have to do things in order).

Yeah...
For a chair that is considered to be gaming and high end, there are many drawbacks...
Firstly I had to be very patient, my order was delayed several times and for a long time.
Once I received my chair it turned out to be broken, digitec.ch immediately changed the chair without any problem. This is a good point for their customer service, bravo!
However, I had to wait several more weeks for a new chair to be delivered.Pro

- The backrest can be lowered
- The pads (back and head) are well

- The handles for adjusting the height and angle of the seat are always in the way
- The seat material gets hot very quickly in the summer
