Designer gadget at an exorbitant price
The Bose Surround 700 are a great gadget, but I can only recommend them to a limited extent. Personally, I also had the "normal" surrounds, which only sound better or different to the audiophile ear.
For the "just great cinema sound" the 350.- Böxli are also enough...
The design of course fits well with the 700 series (was almost clear...), but the price of currently 580.- is very sporty.
As always, the following applies here: "If you like the design and are a Bose fan, you can treat yourself to these. All others should leave them or go for the cheaper "normal" surround speakers.Pro

Real added value
I can recommend the rear speakers. The speakers raise the sound to a better level. In use with a Soundtouch 300.

Bose Surround Speakers 700
Very beautiful and unobtrusive sound boxes that also fit well in small rooms. They go perfectly with the Bose Smart Soundbar 900 and the Bose Bass Module 700, and with Dolby Atmos you get a real cinema feeling.

Unworthy of Bose

Disappointed
To accompany my soundbare 900 and my 700 subwoofer I added these surround speakers. They are magnificent on their feet and very discreet. On the other hand, it's a pain to get them to work. I had to link them 3 times to the soundbar (which is not working). The sound is not loud enough, you have to turn it up to the max to get a surround experience.

Very atmospheric
I bought the 700s out of curiosity, I had the Cubes before and I have to say that the 700s sound completely different, on the one hand deeper and on the other hand not so punctual from the corner but very natural.
To the professionals who complain that they are too quiet, this is due to the signal, if they are not controlled they are quiet, with real films they are also loud.Pro

The perfect complement to a Bose Soundbar 700/900 and Bass Module 700.
The sound is excellent. Anyone who likes Bose will be well served here. The app recognizes the surround speakers immediately and runs smoothly.
Yes, many feel that the speakers are too expensive. However, it should also be noted that this is the spearhead of what Bose currently has to offer. And yes, we are talking about the high-price segment here. If you don't like the prices, you'll have to look in another class.

The boxes themselves are as expected bomb. Have waited 1 year for you, and always been put off.
Am just disappointed about these practices to put off the customers again and again. If nowadays a supplier can not deliver and a contract is available, is also in some way this prosecuted and possibly reduction (penalty) deducted.
