Helpful answer

According to the operating instructions, you can use 2 headphones at the same time, but please note the following: If two headphones are connected to the transmitter, the aptX low latency audio coding method is not supported. With this configuration and depending on other factors, such as the headphone models used, the synchronisation of the sound with the TV picture may not be fully guaranteed.

The adapter must be switched on manually. If you have plugged the adapter into the cable, you must switch it on manually as soon as you start the device. The adapter does not switch on automatically when the car is started.

Set the switch on the back of the BT T100 to optical input if not already done ? Search for headphones via Bluetooth ! Possibly try to use the Aux input. Of course, Samsung TV must be set to fibre optic output and TV speaker must be switched off

Have you tried to "pair" the devices again? Each has its own "pairing" mode which you can activate. If I remember correctly, the Sennheiser by pressing longer on the "on" button, and same thing for the Sony headset. That's what I did as well and it works. This procedure you should only have to do once in a while (can't tell you what exactly causes the "unpairing" situation though). Cheers!

Hello Kevin Since you have connected the BT T100 correctly, I would assume that the device is defective. For me, the transmitter works with a wide variety of devices. What you should try is to change the power supply. In general, when you try something, you should only make one change and try again, then make the next change. I'm sure I'm not telling you anything new. If all attempts fail, replace the transmitter. Greetings Stephan
