Correct. The TV has a black frame on which you can then put the "exchangeable frame". To benefit from the promotion, you must register with Samsung and provide proof of purchase and proof of payment for the TV with model and serial number. After the data has been checked, you will receive an exchangeable frame in the colour of your choice. I am still waiting for my frame... bib here in contact with the Samsung support and has nothing to do with Digitec...
