Hi Jongschilling Yes there is. This would be a similar product, Technaxx BT-X29 (FM, DAB+, Bluetooth) but it has to be said that the sound and general quality are not very good. I recommend that you download the audio files to your smartphone or Bluetooth-enabled MP3 player and use the JBL Tuner 2 (FM, DAB+, Bluetooth). A colleague of mine owns the JBL Tuner 2 (FM, DAB+, Bluetooth) and uses it on the patio. I have to say that for its size, it's not bad and it's enough for two or three people. Greetings John

The JBL Tuner 2 only has Bluetooth for the Bluetooth speaker function, i.e. as a Bluetooth receiver. It cannot connect to headphones via Bluetooth. Instead, there is a socket for wired headphones or speakers.

No, unfortunately this is not possible. The radio runs as long as the battery has power. If you pull out the power plug (USB C) or switch it off with the timer, the radio will continue to run until the battery is empty. Switching on is also only possible via the power button.

According to my interpretation, the AUX port only functions as an input so that you can, for example, connect a mobile phone to the speaker via the jack plug.

Can I also connect the radio to the flip 5

No, the JBL Tuner 2 radio cannot be connected directly to the JBL Flip 5 to act as a shared audio system. The JBL Tuner 2 supports Bluetooth 4.2, but it is designed to connect to smartphones, tablets or other Bluetooth-enabled devices to stream music or podcasts, and not to pair with other speakers like the JBL Flip 5.

The idea is good but 2 things are not congruent: - Stereo means that 2 complementary channels (Li and Re) imply the room sound. However, both devices are identical and not channel Li/Re separately ..... i.e. 2 devices will play identical music and thus not form a stereo sound - Since both devices cannot possibly be started at exactly the same time (= streaming time), there will be a time offset in the streaming and thus also be audible, even if this is only a millisecond difference...... no harmonious sound image is created

You can connect the JBL Tuner 2 to your car via Bluetooth, but there are some restrictions to consider: - The JBL Tuner 2 supports Bluetooth 4.2 and can be connected to Bluetooth-enabled devices, including cars. To do this, you need to put the JBL Tuner 2 into pairing mode and select it in your car's Bluetooth settings. - However, the DAB+ reception of the JBL Tuner 2 will not be forwarded directly to the car sound system. The Bluetooth connection allows streaming of audio content played by the JBL Tuner 2, but the DAB+ reception itself remains limited to the JBL Tuner 2. So you can listen to music or other content sent to the JBL Tuner 2 via Bluetooth in the car, but you cannot play the DAB+ stations directly through the car sound system. Therefore, you can connect the JBL Tuner 2 to your car, but the DAB+ stations will not be transmitted directly to the car sound system.

How do I set up the unit?

I can't quite figure out what you really mean by your question. I have extended the antenna about 30 cm straight up. It doesn't matter at all to me how the unit is positioned. It works in all rooms in our flat in different directions. The important thing is to charge it regularly. So I am fully satisfied with this JBL tuner, the sound is also very nice.
