I bought one of these devices via Digitec. It supports two SIMs as described.

Unfortunately, I'm not using the second SIM at the moment. But I think you can insert both SIMs and then switch. Just try it out.
Compatible with 4G? Normally yes, but your operator must offer 4G for prepaid.
