I have had bad experiences with the docking station. One usb connection gradually stopped working, then the lan connection and so on. I uninstalled everything but the problem started again. Even bought a new docking station again and it was exactly the same. The docking station was or should be compatible with my asus, unfortunately it didn't work

This docking station is problematic. The laptop reports all the time that the battery is only charging slowly and as soon as the screen goes into sleep mode, the docking station no longer recognises the second screen and the laptop has to be restarted. Sometimes it even takes several attempts until the docking station recognises the 2nd screen

Hello, This docking station is designed for Expertbook laptops, so Asus does not specify compatibility with other models. However, since the Zenbook Pro 16X OLED is equipped with Thunderbolt 4, it is compatible with all Thunderbolt-based docking devices. The only drawback you might encounter is incompatibility with functions such as syncing the power button with the laptop when docking.

Sadly, according to Asus, the docking station is compatible with ASUS ExpertBook (P series CML platform,B,L series).
