Questions about ROG Swift Pro PG248QP

My PC has: -MSI GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER GAMING X SLIM -AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D Is my PC suitable for this monitor? And does it even manage the 500-540 Hz without overclocking?

Can anyone tell me if the 540hz will run with the latest Win11 update? I have read that there are problems with it. Is the current Win11 update sufficient or do you have to be in the Insider Programme? Kind regards.
