The Polar M430 GPS run measures your pulse simply, precisely and reliably on your wrist. Record speed, distance and altitude with the integrated GPS. When running indoors, the Polar M430 measures speed and distance based on your wrist movement.

The Polar Fitness Test uses the pulse measurement on the wrist to test your fitness level at any time and anywhere - straps are not required. Have a personal and adaptive training plan tailored to you and your goals.
