The protective cage prevents the drone from rolling on the ground after impact. The Tello cage ensures, through its optimized center of gravity, that the drone always lands upright and is immediately ready for takeoff, no matter where it falls.

Made from polymer PP with increased strength and high elasticity. During a collision, the protective cage absorbs impact and prevents damage to the drone. Weighing only 13 g, the cage does not affect your Tello's flight time. Since the cage is made from lightweight and sturdy polymer material, it weighs just 13 g. The protective cage achieves almost no aerodynamic resistance due to its unique mesh layout with only 3 mm individual rib width. Minimal impact on Tello's power consumption and battery life.
