Die Bildqualität ist insgesamt hoch, aber bei der Auflösung ist auch die offensive Signalaufbereitung für die guten Werte verantwortlich. Die K-x schärft die feinsten Bildstrukturen deutlich nach. Das erhöht aber nicht nur die Bildauflösung, sondern auch die Bildstörungen.
Pentax K-x ist angenehm schnell, hat eine umfangreiche Ausstattung und lässt sich sehr gut bedienen. Auch ihre Bildqualität ist sehr gut.

Die Pentax K-x ist eine der besten SLRs in der Klasse bis 500 Euro und die einzige mit Video. Ein großer Pluspunkt gegenüber den Modellen von Canon und Nikon ist der Bildstabilisator im Gehäuse.
