A special challenge for a camera is the working environment, especially in cold temperatures. The Pentax K-70 is designed to work reliably in cold environments down to -10°C. The mechanics, the electronics and a stable battery voltage can be relied on even in icy conditions.

The newly designed handle offers a secure and firm hold - even when wearing gloves.

The Pentax K-70 has been designed with attention to detail to ensure optimum comfort and maximum functionality. The four buttons on the four-way controller and the setting wheels are designed so that they can be operated safely even when wearing gloves.
