- Large selection of apps thanks to Fire OS
- Many setting options for the image
- Neutral colours in Filmmaker mode
- Somewhat sluggish operation
- No recording function for TV programmes
With the help of Fire OS, the Panasonic MXW834 solves a problem that has plagued the company's top-of-the-range models for years: the limited choice of apps. You should definitely be able to find the app you need to stream films or series here. And that's also a lot of fun on the TV...
- Good colours
- Remote control with programmable app button
- Instructions and help in the menu very meagre
- No light sensor
Thanks to the Fire OS operating system, the Panasonic offers extensive streaming options as well as Alexa for voice control. Compared to other TVs with Fire OS, Panasonic makes channel sorting easier, and the large remote control offers more functions for direct access as well as a freely programmable button for a favourite app. The picture quality is good, the sound only average.
