Eine Kamera für unterwegs: Staub, Wasser und Schnee können der FT3 ebenso wenig anheben wie Stürze aus bis zu zwei Metern Höhe. Die Videoresultate der etwas schwer zu bedienenden Kamera waren bei ausreichender Beleuchtung ordentlich, in schummrigem Licht störte aber deutlich sichtbares Bildrauschen.
Mit der Lumix FT3 bietet Panasonic eine robuste Outdoor-Kamera an, die nicht nur mehr aushält als ihre Vorgänger und die Konkurrenz, sondern auch erstaunlich gute Bilder liefert. Leider sind einige Druckpunkte bei Tasten nicht zu spüren und das GPS - immerhin ein wichtiges Alleinstellungsmerkmal - versagte im Test...
