Der App-Store des Windows Betriebssystem zeigt sich immer noch nicht ebenbürtig mit der Konkurrenz. Abzüge muss man beim Nokia Lumia 1520 ebenso beim Handling machen. Darüber hinaus gibt es jedoch kein besseres Phablet in diesem Vergleich wenn es um Multimedia geht, zumal auch die Leistungen bei Internet, Akku und Telefonie erstklassig sind.

Aufgrund der immensen Größe ist das Handling hier nicht sonderlich stark und auch der App-Store bewegt sich auf unterdurchschnittlichem Niveau. Stark zeigt sich das Nokia Lumia 1520 jedoch vor allem bei der sehr guten Verarbeitung und der weit überdurchschnittlichen Leistung im Bereich Multimedia.
