Die Nikon Coolpix S8000 ist die flotteste im Test. Für die Wiedergabe von Fotos und Videos auf einem Flachbild-TV gibt es einen HDMI-Anschluss.
Die schicke Coolpix S8000 schneidet insgesamt sehr gut ab. Allerdings weist sie Schwächen in der Detailreproduktion bereits ab ISO 100 auf und bietet mit 30 Millimeter eine nicht zeitgemäße Anfangsbrennweite. Farben stellt die schlanke Kamera angenehm dar. Sie ist schnell betriebsbereit.
