Das Nikon Objektiv schafft in der Bildmitte eine hervorragende Abbildungsqualität, die jedoch zum Bildrand hin spürbar abnimmt. Weniger schön sind die doch sehr starken Verzeichnungen, wobei das Modell bei den hohen Detailauflösungen wieder Boden gut macht. Eine umfangreiche Ausstattung und eine gute Verarbeitung runden das sehr gute Objektiv ab.
