According to the manufacturer, the JBL Go 3 Eco is largely made of recycled plastic; the normal Go 3 without Eco is around 5 euros cheaper. The sound was pleasing in the tested despite the absence of bass. The maximum volume, however, is too low for larger noises. On the other hand, the controls are easy to use, but the app known from other JBL speakers is not compatible with the Go.
