The iOpener is a tool for opening tablets. By placing the heated iOpener on the tablet, the adhesive seals between the components and the case are softened.
Then the adhesive can be cut through with one of the tools included in the iOpener kit. The iOpener is designed specifically for iPads, but can be used for any tablet, smartphone or other electronic device that requires heat during disassembly. The iOpener is heated in the microwave. It is reusable, non-toxic and food safe.
