- Elegant design, very good workmanship
- superior system performance
- Large SSD memory
- High-contrast, very bright display in 16:10 format
- ergonomic input devices
HP has created a coherent and very attractive mid-range notebook with the Pavilion Aero 13: Even if you were to delete one or two points from the long list of pleasing features - fast Ryzen, low weight, 16:10 screen, matt surface, sensible interface equipment, illuminated keyboard - you would still have a decent device in front of you. In the 800-euro models, you have to choose between SSD and RAM...
Decent equipment and high speed, quiet and durable - if you are looking for a notebook to work with, the HP is the right choice. Unusual in this price range: the Pavilion Aero weighs less than 1 kilogram. Such light notebooks are often much more expensive. But the HP is not for gamers. The graphics unit in the processor is clearly too weak for that.

- long battery life
- Fixed working memory
- No card reader
