FUJITSU SUPPORT PACK HARDWARE

The Support Pack Hardware is a product-specific service contract for a fixed period with a one-off payment to supplement the manufacturer's warranty.

Fujitsu Support Packs can be purchased within 90 days of product purchase for a contract period of 1 to 5 years. Before expiry, the service period can be extended (up to the maximum contract period of 5 years) by concluding a corresponding follow-up contract to the Support Pack.

The contract period (service period) starts exactly on the original purchase date of the hardware product concerned. The service is provided as soon as a one-time payment to be made in advance when purchasing the Support Pack is made and the service is activated in accordance with the "Supplementary Terms and Conditions for Fujitsu Support Packs".

Depending on the hardware product and service level, selected Support Packs may be activated in a country other than the one in which they were originally purchased (MOVE).
