The Fujifilm XF10 has a large APS-C CMOS sensor with 24.2 megapixels. The permanently mounted Fujinon 18.5 mm F2.8 wide-angle lens (28 mm equivalent to KB) is suitable for a wide variety of shooting situations - from spontaneous snapshots to carefully designed landscapes.
The XF10 includes all the features that have made the X Series so successful. It is easy to use, offers excellent image quality and versatile shooting functions.
Fujinon 18.5 mm F2.8 lens - perfect for many shooting situations
The compact Fujifilm XF10 features a high-quality Fujinon wide-angle lens. The 28 mm fixed focal length (equivalent to the 35 mm format) has excellent optical imaging performance and thus ensures high resolution right up to the edges of the image.
The lens provides high-resolution images with minimal aberrations, excellent sharpness and beautiful color reproduction. The optical structure comprises seven elements in five groups, including two aspherical high-performance lenses.
The maximum aperture of F2.8, the construction with a total of nine aperture blades and the excellent optical quality of the lenses allow shots with beautiful blur effects (bokeh).
With the help of the digital teleconverter, the focal length can also be extended to 35mm and 50mm (equivalent to 35mm format). The digital focal lengths can be activated via the menu or via the control ring on the lens. The display of the monitor image adjusts automatically and the photographer can precisely control the image section before triggering.
Film simulations and creative filter effects
The Fujifilm XF10 offers 11 unique movie simulation modes and 19 creative filter effects, including the two new Detailed & Fine and Black & White (Infrared) filters. These modes make it easy for photographers to add artistic accents or cinematic shades to their photos.
SQUARE Mode
The "SQUARE Mode" allows the user to switch to the 1:1 format with a single press of the touch screen. SQUARE mode" improves compatibility with social media networks where the 1:1 format has become the standard image format for publishing photos.
