Fujifilm X-T2 Body

24.30 Mpx, APS-C / DX

Product details

A large, high-resolution electronic viewfinder (EVF), easy-to-use dials, high-speed AF, compatibility with an extensive range of excellent lenses, film simulation modes in the tradition of the legendary Fujifilm colours, unparalleled image quality and outstanding 4K video recording - all supported by the latest sensor and processor technology. In short: The X-Series in perfection.

The Fujifilm X-T2 features an X-Trans CMOS III sensor with 24.3 million pixels. This APS-C sensor does not require a low-pass filter for superior detail reproduction. As an image processor, the X-Processor Pro provides excellent colour reproduction and tonal gradation for both photos and videos - with very low noise even at high ISO settings.

The high-speed processor performance and the use of improved algorithms have not only significantly improved the basic autofocus performance. Performance improvements are also achieved when focusing on small light points, low-contrast objects, and subjects with fine and delicate textures such as bird feathers or fur - both former weaknesses of a phase recognition autofocus.

The large electronic viewfinder (EVF) with an image scale of 0.77x lets you immerse yourself in your subject. With the X-T2's viewfinder positioned exactly on the optical axis of the lens, you become one with your subject. This is how mirrorless photography is fun.

In "Boost" mode, the simultaneous use of multiple batteries allows power amplification in continuous shooting mode, shutter release delay, and blackout interval after each shot. It also extends the maximum recording time from 4K videos to approximately 30 minutes.

The X-T2 uses 1.8 times the image information required for 4K video (3840 x 2160) and 2.4 times the image information required for Full HD video (1920 x 1080) to produce premium-quality video with low moiré and artifacts.

Mechanical control dials control important functions such as shutter speed, ISO setting, exposure compensation, continuous shooting modes, and metering. These settings can be adjusted even when the camera is turned off, so you are always ready for the next shot. To prevent operating errors, the shutter speed and ISO setting dials are equipped with a locking knob. In addition, they stand out further in order to improve the operating comfort compared to the predecessor model X-T1.

Ausgesprochen gute wetterfeste Systemkamera. Nachteil: sehr teuer.
