Fujifilm GF 110mm F5.6 T/S Macro

The GF110mmF5.6 T/S Macro is a medium telephoto lens with a focal length of 110mm (equivalent to 87mm KB) and a maximum magnification of 1:2. Its optical system comprises eleven elements in nine groups, including an aspherical lens to correct coma and field curvature and two ED lenses to minimise chromatic aberration. The arrangement of the optical elements, in the centre of which is the aperture unit, ensures extensive correction of distortion and longitudinal chromatic aberration. Even without electronic aids, high image sharpness is achieved from the centre to the corners of the image.
The lens allows close-up photography with up to 0.5x magnification, which corresponds to a maximum magnification of 1:2. The combination of close-up distance and tilt function can be used effectively in professional product or food photography as a means of creating expressive images.
The tilt-shift mechanism allows the plane of focus (tilt) to be shifted by ±10° and the lens plane (shift) by ±15 mm.
The GF110mmF5.6 T/S Macro has a 72 mm filter thread and, with a length of 149 mm and a weight of 1,255 grams, is very handy for a telephoto lens with tilt-shift function. The decisive factor for the compact design is the focus mechanism with a movable front lens group that extends during focusing. Special attention has also been paid to the arrangement of the controls and a highly functional design that makes working with the lens for longer periods of time even more comfortable.
