Beinahe hätte der Epson seine gute Gesamtnote noch verspielt. Der Grund dafür sind die hohen Kosten für Tinte, die die Folgekosten als Ganzes hoch halten. Das ist natürlich insbesondere für Nutzer mit hohem Druckaufkommen ein Problem. Ansonsten kann man dem Multifunktionsgerät aber fast durchgehend gute Bewertungen ausstellen...

Der große XP-900 ist rund zehn Zentimeter breiter als die anderen Geräte im Test. Dafür kann er über den hinteren Einzelblatteinzug Papier bis DIN A3 randlos bedrucken, in das frontale Fach passt nur Papier bis A4. Die Papierablage zieht man von Hand aus.
