The waveguide enhances directivity and eliminates diffraction effects that are unavoidable in conventional rectangular enclosures.

The revised shape of the aramid fiber-reinforced cone membrane exhibits higher stiffness and excellent damping properties, far superior to those of polypropylene or paper drivers. This increased strength allows for greater design flexibility to achieve a smoother, extended frequency response.

The sturdy MDF cabinets with a vinyl finish provide higher stiffness and strength thanks to internal bracing, significantly reducing cabinet vibrations and unwanted tonal coloration. By placing the bass reflex ports on the front of both the bookshelf and center speakers, the speakers can be positioned in bookshelves or mounted on the wall without compromising bass performance.
