Robot arm The robot arm of the EP Core is incredibly robust, yet compact and flexible. It supports precise FPV control, allowing students to complete tasks even when the target is out of sight. Gripper The gripper transforms the EP Core into a powerful multi-function robot. A practical, structural design and customizable gripping force allow for firm and reliable gripping and movement of objects of various shapes, weights and sizes. Mecanum wheels The EP Core comprises four Mecanum wheels, each equipped with 12 rollers, which allow omnidirectional movement and precision control. The front axle suspension allows greater versatility even on uneven surfaces. Powerful servo As the drive for the EP Core, the servo supports individual control options through the EP Core's main control panel. It ensures high control accuracy and high output torque. It can also drive the robot arm and enable students to build lifting structures using their physics knowledge. Sensor adapter and connection module Each sensor adapter has two connections and provides a power supply. The connection module can connect and drive third-party hardware. It provides multiple ports for connecting hardware and developing individual programs and applications. Intelligent Controller With its powerful processor, the Intelligent Controller can simultaneously support functions such as high-resolution, low-latency image transfer, AI computing and parallel programming. It also provides seamless transmission to execute control signals. Infrared distance sensor With a measuring range of 0.1 to 10 meters, the infrared distance sensor measures precisely within a 5% error margin. This allows the EP Core to sense its surroundings and avoid obstacles, deepening students' understanding of advanced autonomous drive principles. Powerful motor The EP Core includes a specially designed motor with integrated FOC ESC with an output torque of up to 250 mN-m. Linear Hall-effect sensors with advanced algorithms enable closed-loop control for additional precision. Advanced safety mechanisms provide excellent stability.
