Despite the compact design, Peru backpacks, depending on the model, offer ample space for compact to semi-professional DSLR or CSC camera equipment. The storage space can be individually adapted to the camera equipment with the padded interior dividers. Additional storage space is provided by the spacious front pocket with integrated fall-out protection. It offers a large zippered compartment for personal items such as passport or ticket and two smaller zippered compartments for accessories such as filters or batteries. Laptop or tablet - 11 and 15.6 inches - can be safely stored in the zippered compartment accessible from the outside. A secure external attachment is provided on the backpack for carrying a tripod. The Peru Backpacks 400+ and 600+ have additional pouches for smartphone or navigation device that can be attached to the hip belt. Comfortable carrying is guaranteed by the padded, adjustable shoulder and hip straps. For those who do not want to carry the backpack over the shoulder at times, there are two additional carrying options: firstly, the sturdy carrying handle and secondly, two robust grip tabs on the front, which allow the backpack to be conveniently stowed in the luggage compartment of the train, bus or plane.
