Ich habe zu Hause schon eine Reihe von Kopfhörern ausprobieren können. Attributen wie Klangvolumen, Dynamik, Wucht und Feinzeichnung sind im Vergleich zu High-End-Lautsprechern natürlich schon aus rein physikalischen Gründen engere Grenzen gesetzt (zum Beispiel durch die geringe Membrangröße)...

Der Testsieger überzeugt fast in allen belangen und ist dabei exzellent verarbeitet. Das Handling samt Telefonfunktion sowie die extrem effektive Geräuschunterdrückung sind tadellos und nur bei der Detailzeichnung konnte das Modell keine top Bewertung erreichen.
Das eingebaute Noise Cancelling System im Bose arbeitet derart perfekt, dass kaum Außengeräusche nach Innen dringen. Da die Ohrhörer sehr wicht sind ist auch der Tragekomfort nach Stunden sehr gut und der Klang ist fein sowie mit einem satten Bass versehen. Günstig ist der Bose allerdings nicht.
Obwohl die In Ear kompakt und klein gehalten sind, ist der Klang exzellent und das nicht nur bei Pop Musik, sondern auch bei Klassik. Dabei spielt der Bass sehr druckvoll ohne Höhen oder Mitten zu verfärben. Auch die Geräuschunterdrückung im Flugzeug beispielsweise blendet er gekonnt aus.
Bose hat mit dem QC 20 ein Exempel statuiert: Dieser In-Ear-Hörer hebt das bisherige Image dieser Kopfhörer-Art in eine höhere Ebene und dringt damit in die Domäne der HiFi-Hörer ein. Dass er einen sehr hohen Tragekomfort und eine absolut exzellente Lärmvernichtung bieten kann, macht ihn noch begehrenswerter...
